A hybrid of Raticate and Ninetales for the 
contest ^___^ It's a baby.....or maybe I should make it more cute and fluffier? xD When the contests is over I may use the design for my own monstiee's....
A bit about this new Pokemon:
It's a baby type born from a female ninetales and a male raticate. If the baby is a male, it will evolve into Raticate, if it's female, it'll evolve into Ninetales ^_^ It's a fire/normal type and has basic attacks like ember, scratch and bite
